More than thirty two (32) years in the field of Telecoms practice with experience ranging from management functions, supervision functions, enterprise business, engineering, planning, design, implementation, operations, maintenance to business analysis relating to customer care and relations management. Possesses strong leadership skills, key team player, excellent communication skills, has strong ability to establish rapport with clients, vendors and co-workers. Encourages camaraderie at work.
Currently practice his profession in Saudi Arabia as Operations Analyst in Customer Care. Manages a team of IT professionals that caters to Enterprise and Business clients affected by downtime in their dedicated fixed or wireless lines. Arnold started as Senior Telecom Engineer in PAGASA and was assigned to work with Flood Forecasting and Warning System for Dam Operation Project under the auspices of Japan Radio Company in line with the joint inter-agency collaboration of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, National Irrigation Administration, and National Power Corporation. He graduated in Mapua Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1984 and continued his studies and graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1988 in the same school. Recently, he upgraded his certifications as Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE) through the Professional Regulations Commission and as ASEAN Engineer through the Philippine Technological Council. As part of his commitment to his profession, he is now serving as volunteer to his APO to help fellow engineers and associates in providing continuing professional development.
