| Noel Yumul is a natural born teacher and leader with a strong affinity in creating new ventures. A creative, articulate, self-motivated, and dynamic person with great passion for excellence and perfection. In 2016, Noel gathered together a group of accomplished engineers that led to creating this versatile organization.
An Electronics Engineer by profession, he completed his academic requirements in Master in Industrial Engineering Management (MIEM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), with over 20 years of practice in the Telecommunications Industry specializing in Business Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Safety Committee Practices, Survey and Design and Academe. He also has a Consultant Degree awarded by the Saudi Council of Engineers. Noel is currently the Revenue Assurance Manager of Shabakkat KSA Member of IPT POWERTECH GROUP (2014 – present), prior held the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager (2013 – 2014). He established PhilKo INES Co. Inc. in 2012 and served as the Business Development Manager who facilitated the accreditation of INES as service provider for Ericsson Telecom Phils, Emerson Network Power and Huawei Technologies Phils. Prepared the initial business setup in USA for Samsung – Sprint Telecom Project. Functioned as General Manager in Teledesign Phils. Co. Inc. (TPCI) a subsidiary of Teledesign Engineering Ltd. In Cyprus (2006 – 2012) maintained multi-million dollar projects under Ericsson and Huawei in Asia and Pacific Region. A Technical Trainor and certified mentor in Ericsson and Huawei Equipment Implementation (2001-2006) with numerous trainings in Sweden, Malaysia and China. His first job was as a Faculty Researcher in the SciTech R&D Center of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (1997 -2001) and was an Instructor in the College of Engineering and Architecture – Electronics Engineering Department. Noel served as the Chapter President and Governor of IECEP-KSA-CRC, the Accredited Professional Organization for Filipino Electronics Engineers and under his leadership was given the distinction Most Outstanding Foreign Chapter in 2016. Also serving as the Adviser for the IECEP Oman Chapter that he helped established in 2017. Noel serves as a mentor for Advance Level Engineering Upgrade of professionals in Electronics Engineering and Allied professions. He was awarded as an Outstanding Electronics Engineer in 2017 by the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines. Contact Information: |
