His enthusiasm to grow and the willingness to confront weaknesses, fears, and blind spots that many of us would rather ignore helped him emerge from being at the lower level of the of the corporate ladder to the level of what he has now and never cease to change and improve once recognized his shortcomings as well as his strengths.
Needing a true sense of professional satisfaction and fulfillment, Perry is leaving his comfort zone from being an Overseas Filipino Worker and joining a pool of successful engineers with different specialties and technical backgrounds and has the desire to achieve more and reaching their potentials by creating and owning a company. Perry an Electronics Engineer by profession, has units earned in Masters in Business Administration (MBA), with almost 20 years of solid engineering practice in Electronics Manufacturing specializing in Magnetic Heads and Bio-medical Engineering specializing in Hospital Maintenance and Turnkey Projects for Private, Government and Military agencies. Proudly, He was chosen by the management to be factory trained and certified in Europe, Middle East and in Asia for new machines and systems involve on every project deliverables. In addition, Perry is an active person serving his chapter organization which is the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and held the highest position as the President for the year 2015 and has been awarded the Most Outstanding Foreign Chapter during his tenure. He is also involving himself in different organizations whose main goal is to promote professional growth, camaraderie, and outreach programs to other fellow professionals and countrymen.
